They did a great job making my Subaru look as good as new. I'm from Illinois, so leaving my car in Wisconsin at a shop I wasn't familiar with was a little nerve-wracking. Thankfully, the updates they sent me via email and their website helped me stay informed. And the few times I spoke with someone in the shop, they were always kind and informative. The entire process took a month, but considering the damage my vehicle sustained, I assumed it would take that long, if not longer. I appreciate them staying on task and doing a quality job.
Purchased a replacement engine for a Volvo I'm trying to bring back to life. I arranged pickup via text with clear and consistent communication. I arrived with my trailer, they loaded it for me via forklift, and sent me on my way with minimal paperwork. Super friendly, super helpful. I wish they weren't so far away, I'd be happy to do support them more often.
I was told the engine ran when it pulled, I haven't completed installation yet. Based on our interactions, I trust them and am not worried, but I haven't been able to back that up with results.

Great service and very quick, it took only 24hrs to paint, repair dents,replace driver door handle and lock after an attempted theft.
